Still Obsessing about Magic
Feb. 1st, 2012 07:09 pm... yeah, I know. I gotta fix this....
However, this time it's lead to art, so rejoyce! Pictures coming soon...
So this person released a budget deck idea here. It's neat... but honestly, I don't want to go the Vault of the Archangel route. Oh, sure, it'll get through lines eventually, and produce favorable trades, but I just want to kill, right? So I've taken it the Green/White Route, and am using my favorite Werewolf, and it'll all be good.
This has lead me to do some math, though, and on a good run, I expect to be able to put out about 15 "token" creatures before the game is over. YIPES! I don't have that many!
So, I'm taking advantage that I'm still playing around with negative impressions and sillouettes, and I've started making some tokens. I figure if I fill a page with about 10 or so Human like figures, that would be enough to scan and make multi copies, and That would be good enough. Maybe just make a whole bunch using Watercolor paper would be more durable though...
I need to find myself a more creative hobby, or a new social group that makes this less of a thing.
