When is "I know it's wrong, but I'm going to vote for it anyway" a fucking defense? WHEN?
(In regards of the NDAA, in which she is going to form a "Bill amendment" next year, but voted for the bloody thing now, and FUCK....)

The only thing I can think about is this.
When it comes to the national security/antiterrorist clauses therein, the only defense in this regard is for this to be signed, and make it clear that the constitutionality of the clauses will be reviewed (read: tried by SCOTUS).
