Moroccan Chicken and Garbanzos (As we are fresh outta chickpeas)
Carrot Salad, Moroccan Style (Honey, Ginger, Cinammon, raisans)
Some Rice Pillaf
and Thaf ... which is basically candied apple slices... if it ever 'dries' up.
So Yeah! I hope this comes out good!

Date: 2012-06-01 03:41 pm (UTC)The Thaf.... omg, was it really really sweet. I might only make it as an occasional thing. Basically it's apples reduced in simple syrup with juices and cinnamon, and it's really good, but it takes a hour and a half roughly to cook, and it pretty much is a jelly when it cools down.. It's good, but I think I'll save it for holidays.
