Small MTG Note
Jul. 5th, 2012 10:35 pmIf I made one small change to my MTG deck I used at the GP, I might have not wiped out so badly.
Strangleroot Geist in the Hexproof Bant deck is a bad choice. It cost GG, and that often means it doesn't see play on time. By replacing the Strangleroot with Wandering Wolf, I keep the same power and timing, get rid of the harsh mana requirement, and pick up quasi evasion. It's more vulnerable, but that doesn't matter so much.
Testing tonight proved it worked well. I was much happier about the deck's performance tonight.
